We want you crabbing with confidence. If your gauge arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Because personalized gauges (with a name or boat name) are made just for you, they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
